These terms govern your use of tradingwithcastle.com, our emails, games, tools, courses, community, and memberships (together, the "Service"), operated by Castle Trading LLC ("Castle Trading", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

1. Educational content only — not investment advice

Everything provided through the Service is for educational and informational purposes only. Castle Trading is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or commodity trading advisor. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other financial instrument, and nothing is tailored to your financial situation, objectives, or risk tolerance. Consult a licensed financial professional before making investment decisions.

2. Trading risk

Trading stocks, options, futures, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Options can expire worthless, and some strategies can lose more than the amount invested. Past performance, whether actual or simulated, does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes.

3. Trade ideas, alerts, and community content

Trade ideas, alerts, watchlists, and examples shared through the Service, including entry, stop-loss, and target levels, are general illustrations of how a trader might analyze a market. They are not personalized advice and are not instructions for you to trade. Market conditions change quickly, and information may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Castle Trading and its principals may hold positions in securities discussed and may trade them before or after content is published. Content posted by other members reflects only their own views.

4. Simulated and hypothetical results

Our games, paper-trading simulator, and prop-firm simulator use simulated prices and hypothetical trades. Simulated results have inherent limitations: they do not represent actual trading, do not reflect real fills, slippage, liquidity, fees, or the emotional pressure of risking real money, and are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown.

5. Memberships and payments

Paid memberships are sold and billed through Whop. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the offer presented at checkout and Whop's terms. You may cancel at any time through your Whop account; cancellation stops future renewals. We may change membership features or pricing with notice before your next billing period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, including by attempting to access systems or data without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping or reselling content, sharing paid access, harassing other members, or using the Service to promote securities or schemes. We may suspend or end access for violations.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its courses, games, tools, text, graphics, and the Castle Trading name and logos, is owned by Castle Trading and protected by law. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial education. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The Service links to and relies on third parties such as Whop, Discord, and Investopedia. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Castle Trading will not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Castle Trading harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
